• Lead a team of Advisor Support Specialists • Set team goals, establish vision and take action • Effectively coach and manage team performance • Develop and maintain internal relationships • Identify and address operational challenges • Adapt to changing business needs
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 8 years support experience or relevant experience • At least 5 years management experience required • Extensive experience with high producing Financial Professionals • Exceptional oral and written communication skills • Outstanding professional presence and positive customer service attitude • Basic knowledge of Qualified Retirement Plans • Strong interaction with clearing firms and external vendors • Excellent organizational skills
