📋 Description

• Under the supervision of the Chief Partnerships Officer, oversee the Institutional Giving program • Manage and generate funds through philanthropic and family foundations, and corporate giving • Prospect, research, write proposals, and report • Collaborate with senior management to build and maintain a strategic Institutional Giving program • Develop and implement an annual institutional giving strategy • Maintain relationship records through Salesforce, electronic files, and AmpliFund • Build relationships with existing and prospective funders • Draft institutional donor materials, including proposals and reports • Monitor grant compliance and ensure accurate implementation of grant-funded activities • Maintain accurate institutional giving revenue forecasts and assist with annual budgeting • Collect program outcomes and impact data to support proposals and reports • Advise and support senior management and Board members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required • A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a successful Institutional Giving program • Proficiency in Google Workspace, SalesForce, and AmpliFund preferred
