🎯 Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree • At least 4 years of experience • Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree • Excelling in business data analytics and strategic planning • Demonstrating proficiency in project management and technology implementation • Utilizing analytical reasoning to drive business transformation • Embracing change and innovation in core banking technology • Developing skills in business management and technology integration • Mentoring and coaching teams to enhance performance and delivery
