📋 Description

• Develop, test, train, maintain, and support clinical systems used in medication management and related pharmacy automation • Ensure accuracy of medication information • Support the Compass Rose module within the Epic electronic medical record • Design, configure, maintain, and optimize specialty pharmacy patient management content, including patient enrollments, care plans, clinical assessments, and documentation templates • Partner with specialty pharmacy, medication access, and operational stakeholders on system enhancements and workflow design • Provide user training and resolve issues • Configure and maintain complex, multi-step order transmittal workflows • Support medication access and specialty pharmacy operations • Contribute medication and system expertise to clinical system projects • Develop, maintain, and support clinical application systems and medication-management automation • Set priorities, work independently, and contribute to a positive team culture

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a licensed pharmacist in good standing with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy • Minimum of four years of professional experience in information technology and/or healthcare • B.Sc. in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD) required • Post-graduate residency training preferred • Scholarship and teaching experience regarded favorably • Subject to successful completion of a background check • A drug screen or physical may be required during the post-offer process
