📋 Description

• Develop and evolve high-performance backend APIs and services. • Participate in architecture decisions and solution design. • Write clean, testable, and well-documented code. • Review PRs, support the team and promote best practices. • Collaborate with Product and UX to refine technical requirements. • Monitor, debug, and optimize applications in production. • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Backend Developer (Mid/Senior) in production environments. • Proficiency in at least one modern language (e.g., Node.js, Java, C#, Go, or Python). • Experience with REST APIs and relational and non-relational databases. • Experience with automated testing, version control (Git), and code review. • Knowledge of distributed architecture, microservices, or event-driven systems. • Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure). • Availability to work full-time as a contractor (PJ). • Experience with high-scale products or in fintech/SaaS environments. • Experience with CI/CD, observability, and monitoring. • Previous work in multidisciplinary agile teams. • Contributions to the community (open source, talks, articles).
