📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for retail roles, including Retail Associates, Baristas, and Store Managers • Evaluate high volumes of resumes to identify top-tier candidates • Coordinate interview calendars and send prompt confirmations • Conduct initial phone and virtual interviews • Represent the company's culture and protect the employer brand throughout the hiring process • Maintain accurate applicant records in the HRIS • Collaborate directly with the HR Director • Improve recruitment workflows and keep staffing priorities on track

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of work experience • Positive, approachable demeanor and strong active listening skills • Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and communication abilities • Exceptional time management skills • Ability to juggle multiple requisitions and maintain an organized recruitment pipeline • Dependable, with strong follow-through • Excellent judgment and confidentiality • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) • Experience with HRIS platforms • Proficiency with Zoom • Reliable Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) setup • Availability for a full-time work-from-home schedule during U.S. Eastern Time hours
