• 3 years of experience in Sales/Sales Enablement, with at least 1 year focused on SDR/BDR functions. • Strong understanding of SDR workflows, prospecting strategies, and modern sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.). • Experience building scalable onboarding and training programs across multiple regions. • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills. • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple global initiatives. • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring enablement effectiveness through performance metrics. • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and geographies.
