📋 Description

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the large group ASO market • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory • Participate in forecasting activities based on experience level • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brokers, consultants, and key decision-makers • Provide training and support to brokers to enhance their understanding and selling capabilities of ASO plans • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized ASO solutions that meet the needs of large group clients • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes impacting the ASO market • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in insurance/benefits or B2B sales, with preference for self-funded benefit space experience • Track record in client-facing roles with production KPIs, quoting, service, renewals, or similar responsibilities • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong relationship-building abilities • Confident presenter and negotiator • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
