📋 Description

• Create awareness and generate interest for OysterHR among remote-first companies. • Partner with Sales Executives for mid-market deals exposure. • Set qualified meetings between target buyers and account executives. • Present and articulate capabilities of employment platform. • Manage and prioritize work for optimum efficiency. • Provide constructive feedback to BDR Managers. • Collaborate with team members to share best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ months experience working as a Business Development Representative in a SaaS company. • Ability and desire to generate and manage your sales pipelines. • Demonstrated quota attainment and ability to discuss past sales performance. • Understanding of sales performance metrics. • Experience with Salesforce or another tier-one CRM. • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. • Fluent in English at a business level. • Thrive in an autonomous, distributed and global atmosphere. • Prior experience selling or talking to various HR personas. • Experience with the digital tools and tactics of B2B prospecting.
