📋 Description
• Act as the key individual for executing real estate purchase, lease and sale transactions • Manage an existing portfolio of data center properties and site acquisitions • Assist in asset acquisitions and project manage implementation of multiple site searches • Analyze real estate leases and conduct due diligence efforts for real estate transactions
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Accounting required • 5+ years of experience at a data center company, national brokerage firm, investment bank or real estate investment firm preferred • Real Estate License preferred
