📋 Description

• Drive regional sales growth and achieve new business and quarterly/annual sales targets • Identify market opportunities and develop strategic growth plans with distribution targets • Execute sales and marketing initiatives that drive profitable business growth • Maintain business persistency and quality standards • Identify, recruit, and develop distribution partners and producers • Establish and maintain relationships with IMOs, MGAs, General Agents, and producers • Lead onboarding and integration of new distribution partners • Conduct agency visits and maintain communication with key partners • Conduct business reviews to evaluate production results and growth opportunities • Monitor sales performance against sales and business objectives • Develop and implement action plans to improve results and address performance gaps • Serve as subject matter expert on the company’s product portfolio and sales solutions • Support new product launches and promote existing product offerings • Conduct live/virtual presentations, workshops, and training sessions • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance field effectiveness • Partner with internal departments to resolve operational and service-related issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 7 years of insurance industry experience • Demonstrated knowledge of life insurance products, including Whole Life, Indexed Universal Life, Term Life, and annuities • Knowledge of life insurance marketing concepts • Proven track record of recruiting producing independent distribution partners, including IMOs, MGAs, PPGAs, and writing agents • Excellent verbal, written, consultative selling, and presentation skills • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and sales teams • Willingness and ability to travel 50% or more • Sales territory management experience preferred • Existing and established relationships with insurance agencies, producers, and prospective distribution contacts preferred • Experience leading business reviews, sales planning discussions, and product or concept-based training sessions preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, business technology, sales reporting tools, presentation software, and insurance sales illustration software preferred • Bilingual English and Spanish skills a plus
