📋 Description

• Provide detailed technical information to partners, customers, and internal employees • Serve as a strategic adviser to the business • Provide insights, guidance, and feedback to drive improvements • Work across product teams to deliver feedback • Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Product Management, and customers • Lead complex, cross-functional projects that shape the product roadmap • Align product development with field-driven priorities • Provide actionable feedback to Product Managers on cloud posture, workload protection, and identity management • Design and deliver automation content, playbooks, and integrations for SOC use cases and cloud security risks • Enhance Cortex product capabilities across multi-cloud environments • Improve visibility, risk prioritization, and policy enforcement • Advocate best practices for securing modern application architectures • Provide behind-the-scenes product support and help implement technical solutions based on client feedback and needs

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to inspire teams, colleagues, and executives, paired with an ability to execute • Understanding of cloud-native security and security operations use cases • Experience managing cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities • Excellent professional presence and confidence advising entry-level through top executives • Ability to solve complex issues and establish best practices proactively • Understanding and affinity for technology • Strong work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills • At least 2 years of experience with one or more major cloud infrastructure providers • At least 2 years of experience with security orchestration, automation, and response technology • Understanding of securing cloud platforms using security operations automation • Technical knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, and modern application architectures • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills with strong presentation abilities • Experience with CNAPP/DSPM/CSPM tools is an advantage • Understanding of CIEM principles and hands-on experience managing cloud entitlements across AWS/Azure/GCP is an advantage • Experience with cloud platforms, infrastructure-as-code, and modern CI/CD pipelines is an advantage • Experience building SOC workflows and incident response is an advantage • Experience building SIEM integrations is an advantage • Experience in cloud-native programming, scripts, and automation is an advantage • Must not require immigration sponsorship; work visas will not be sponsored
