📋 Description

• Own the full-cycle, outbound-led sales process for Paradigm’s products and services • Target Fortune 1000 and Enterprise customers through outbounding and sales calls • Drive outbound pipeline generation through cold calling and strategic email outreach • Manage all aspects of territory including account segmentation and planning • Develop deep product knowledge to deliver compelling value propositions • Use tools like Salesforce and Box to maintain client relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Commitment to inclusive organizations • 6+ years of full-cycle, outbound-led SaaS sales experience • Experience selling HR, Talent, People, Learning & Development products • Proven track record of new logo acquisition • Experience with Salesforce CRM and PowerPoint • Familiarity with Box, Google Suite, and Chili Piper • Ability to craft thoughtful written proposals • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Resourcefulness and a growth mindset
