📋 Description

• Build the sales funnel from a standing start through outbound efforts, research community networks, conferences, and partner channels • Run co-selling motions with GPU providers and hyperscalers • Conduct technical discovery covering cluster size, GPU generation, interconnect, storage throughput, frameworks, job patterns, Slurm or Kubernetes, and existing customer infrastructure • Structure hybrid deals combining on-premises GPU clusters, reserved NeoCloud capacity, and hyperscaler burst under one control plane • Develop commercial cases comparing owned hardware with rented capacity, reserved capacity with on-demand capacity, price per GPU hour, utilization, and chargeback • Manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles across research leadership, central IT, security, procurement, and finance • Grow Parallel Works' managed GPU business

🎯 Requirements

• 5 or more years selling infrastructure, cloud, GPU capacity, or AI platform software, with quota attainment you can describe • Knowledge of GPU capacity economics, including on-demand, reserved, and committed capacity, and comparison of owned versus rented capacity including utilization and operations staffing • Ability to lead technical discovery conversations about training and inference workloads without an engineer present • Experience with partner-led or co-selling motions • Experience generating your own pipeline instead of working inbound leads • NeoCloud or GPU-as-a-service market experience preferred • Sales experience with research institutions, national laboratories, university research computing, or AI labs preferred • Familiarity with Slurm and Kubernetes as delivery models preferred • Federal or public sector exposure, including differing procurement timelines, preferred • Experience at an early-stage or small company, where the seller also handles qualification and follow-through, preferred
