📋 Description

• Schedule and conduct onboarding calls or meetings with new customers • Introduce customers to the onboarding process, provide guidance, and answer questions • Manage the non-technical onboarding process from initial contact through training and handover • Coordinate with customer success and technical onboarding teams • Keep Salesforce internal reports updated and highlight potential risks • Assist clients with migrating partners from another provider • Coordinate and action platform support tasks before launch, including uploading creative assets and configuring commission rules • Conduct Partnerize Platform training sessions • Create internal and external documentation • Provide guidance and training to junior team members • Ensure team members meet agreed SLAs/KPIs • Support internal and customer-facing projects to improve onboarding, support existing customers, and train new customers and internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Client or customer support experience (minimum 2 years) • Project management experience • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical information to a non-technical audience • Teamwork, strong work ethic and enthusiasm to learn • Strong attention to detail • Strong prioritisation and organisational skills • Strong interpersonal and soft skills • Comprehensive computer literacy • Problem-solving skills
