📋 Description

• Provide development, operational support, and continuous improvement services for the Data Management Platform's enterprise integration environment • Design, develop, test, and deploy Talend integration jobs, services, APIs, and reusable components • Translate business and data requirements into technical designs, data mappings, transformation logic, and reconciliation processes • Develop ETL/ELT solutions integrating databases, files, APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications • Build reusable, parameterized, and environment-aware integrations for development, test, and production environments • Implement scalable batch and near real-time integration solutions • Participate in solution design, estimation, and release planning • Deploy, schedule, orchestrate, and monitor Talend jobs, services, and platform components • Investigate and resolve integration issues, production incidents, data load failures, and performance bottlenecks • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions • Monitor platform health, job execution, throughput, and failures • Implement and maintain logging, monitoring, alerting, and automated recovery processes • Support production releases, platform upgrades, patching, and environment maintenance • Collaborate with infrastructure teams, vendors, business stakeholders, data engineers, solution architects, platform administrators, and application teams • Use AI and automation tools to streamline pipeline development, testing, monitoring, and documentation • Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve code generation, optimization, review, development efficiency, and code quality • Perform other duties as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on experience developing data integration solutions with Talend (Data Integration / Data Fabric / Talend Studio) • Strong Talend and SQL development skills • Experience with job scheduling, monitoring, error handling, and incident resolution • Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying Talend integration jobs, services, APIs, and reusable components • Experience translating business and data requirements into technical designs, data mappings, transformation logic, and reconciliation processes • Experience developing ETL/ELT solutions across databases, files, APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications • Experience building reusable, parameterized, and environment-aware integrations • Experience implementing scalable batch and near real-time integration solutions • Experience with solution design, estimation, and release planning • Experience deploying, scheduling, orchestrating, and monitoring Talend jobs, services, and platform components • Experience troubleshooting integration issues, production incidents, data load failures, and performance bottlenecks • Experience performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions • Experience implementing and maintaining logging, monitoring, alerting, and automated recovery processes • Experience supporting production releases, platform upgrades, patching, and environment maintenance • Experience working with infrastructure teams, vendors, and business stakeholders • Experience utilizing AI and automation tools for data engineering workflows • Experience with AI-assisted code generation, optimization, and review
