📋 Description

• Oversee all knowledge-related activities, including management, capture, sharing, and accessibility of knowledge assets • Maintain Knowledge Management and Quality Assurance service levels according to Paylocity standards • Collaborate with and support internal and external stakeholders to optimize usage of knowledge assets • Support product and organizational initiatives by enabling or providing effective and accessible knowledge assets • Coordinate with the internal training department to assess and manage employee training needs and gaps and build gap content • Lead or partner on knowledge, quality, and operations initiatives to improve customer experience • Manage, coach, train, mentor, and develop Knowledge Analysts and Coordinators • Establish best practices and improve team and cross-department performance • Build a team of capable problem solvers who work independently and collaboratively • Conduct year-end performance reviews and employee relations activities with Human Resources assistance • Develop, communicate, and monitor progress toward department goals • Monitor team workload, volume, priorities, and alignment • Hire, onboard, and train new team members • Leverage metrics to identify trends, monitor effectiveness, and assess intervention results • Identify and advocate for necessary metrics and reporting, including developing tracking for metrics not yet established • Use metrics to support continual improvement, learning, coaching, interventions, and operational improvements • Monitor and evaluate the Knowledge Management program, including external benchmarking and evaluation opportunities • Engage Development, Learning and Development, and Service organizations to drive solution development and maintenance for Enterprise Search, Information Capture, and Expertise Search • Deliver training to internal partners and communicate performance improvement suggestions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable focus area or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum of two years’ Knowledge Management experience or equivalent Learning & Development and software/client service experience leveraging a knowledge base • 3+ years of supervisor or management experience • Experience in Operations, Process Improvement, or Project Management • Excellent knowledge of MS Office • Strong writing and communication skills • Problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to manage change • Comfort with ambiguity • Aptitude and desire for continued learning • Strong technical and data management aptitude • Ability to sit for extended periods, typically 7–8 hours per day • Ability to operate computers and phone systems, type, and use multiple software programs simultaneously • Preferred or additional experience: executive-level communication and presentations • Preferred or additional experience: Learning & Development • Preferred or additional experience: SQL and relational databases • Preferred or additional experience: Salesforce dashboards and reporting • Preferred or additional experience: vendor management, requests for proposal, requirements building, and implementation • Preferred or additional experience: Lean Six Sigma
