📋 Description

• Lead the design strategy and execution for websites and digital platforms, ensuring intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups tailored specifically for web and platform experiences • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, user needs, and business objectives • Conduct thorough user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to enhance designs iteratively. • Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines, usability standards, and industry best practices for web and platform interfaces. • Work collaboratively with developers to ensure seamless translation of designs into functional and responsive web experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field • Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools) is a must; expertise in designing for web and platforms is highly preferred • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering successful web and platform projects showcased in your portfolio • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first approaches • Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous but not mandatory • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and adapt to evolving requirements in a dynamic environment • Experience in creating user interfaces for e-commerce platforms, content management systems, or web applications • Knowledge of SEO principles and their integration into web design • Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices in web design • Familiarity with prototyping tools and motion design for web experiences
