📋 Description

• Support customers in improving operational efficiency and workflow consistency through effective use of PBS v10 Apex • Learn and develop an understanding of all areas of the PBS v10 Apex software and the process for training customers • Assist customers with deployment, transition, and adoption of PBS v10 Apex within daily dealership operations • Deliver virtual training sessions to customers within assigned modules • Drive product adoption by reinforcing best practices and encouraging engagement • Follow up with customers post-training to support retention, adoption, and long-term success • Identify gaps in customer usage or understanding and provide guidance • Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer needs are met • Respond to internal and external training requests in a timely manner • Write tickets, investigate issues, and escalate issues to corresponding teams • Monitor the v10 Apex queue • Maintain documentation and update processes as they change • Share knowledge within the assigned module and the v10 Apex team • Learn new products and commit to ongoing education and cross-training • Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in French and English (speaking, reading, writing) • 1-2 years’ experience in a car dealership environment, with a focus in Fixed Operations • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools • Excellent communication skills, including presentation and public speaking • Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette • Strong documentation abilities • Effective time management and organizational skills • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritize tasks without direction • High School Diploma
