📋 Description

• Deliver expert training and support to new and existing customers using the Accounting module of PBS Dealer Management Software • Conduct primarily virtual training sessions in English and French • Guide customers through the software implementation process and ensure smooth transitions • Provide onsite training for new software installations • Navigate and demonstrate the PBS DMS system while maintaining positive, solutions-focused customer relationships • Independently manage and deliver assigned training sessions within the primary accounting silo • Become an independent installation resource • Develop thorough knowledge of PBS software and training processes • Respond promptly to internal and external training requests • Perform data entry and other operational tasks • Maintain awareness of evolving departmental process documentation • Share knowledge across silos and contribute to team learning and development • Expand product knowledge and participate in cross-training opportunities • Support a collaborative and positive team environment • Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in French and English, including speaking, reading, and writing • 1–2 years of experience in an automotive dealership environment, focused on accounting • Strong computer skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA for up to two weeks per month • Valid passport or ability to obtain one • Full, valid, unrestricted driver's licence • Excellent communication, presentation, and public-speaking skills • PBS software experience is a strong asset • Experience facilitating in-person and virtual training sessions is a strong asset • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Effective time management and organizational skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize • Outstanding documentation abilities • High school diploma
