📋 Description

• - Maintain accurate and up-to-date **CRM** and **Notion** data for client and pipeline tracking • - Monitor and follow up on leads to ensure timely engagement and visibility • - Perform **human-in-the-loop** operational tasks to support client solutions where automation is not yet possible • - Configure the AI platform for client workflows (no coding required) • - Support internal reporting, documentation, and administrative needs for the revenue and operations teams

🎯 Requirements

• - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • - Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills • - Comfortable using **CRMs**, **Notion**, and other workflow management tools • - Excited to work in a **fast-paced startup environment** with evolving priorities • - Curiosity about **AI** and eagerness to learn how it shapes customer experiences • **Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)** • - Experience in **RevOps**, **Sales Operations**, or **Customer Success** • - Familiarity with **HubSpot, Airtable, or AI-driven workflow tools** • - Exposure to **commercial real estate** or **B2B SaaS** environments • **Tools Proficiency****Required:** • - CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar • - Notion (for project and process documentation) • - Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) • - Airtable (for tracking data and pipelines) • **Preferred:** • - Automation Tools: Zapier, Make (Integromat), or AI workflow builders • - Analytics / Reporting Tools: Looker Studio, Google Data Studio, or similar • - Communication Tools: Slack, Loom, or internal async tools
