📋 Description

• Lead and manage multiple technical programs and projects simultaneously • Develop project plans covering scope, schedule, resources, risks, and milestones • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliverables • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure successful outcomes • Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management • Facilitate team collaboration and communication • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies • Align project goals with business objectives and strategic priorities • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and use resources cost-effectively • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams • Foster cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing • Address dependencies and improve project efficiency through open communication • Manage vendors as necessary to align contributions with project goals and timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role in a technology-driven environment • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development, systems engineering, or related fields • Proven record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities • Experience with cloud technologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and DevOps practices is a plus • PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus
