📋 Description

• Design deployment solutions for the Pentera platform in complex customer environments • Lead technical deep-dive sessions with cybersecurity experts • Guide customers through penetration testing procedures and remediation strategies • Maintain in-depth knowledge of security trends, threats, and attack techniques • Improve customer outcomes and contribute to Pentera platform improvements • Act as a product expert focused on customer education and driving adoption • Identify service expansion opportunities • Bridge customers and internal Product, R&D, and Support teams • Surface recurring issues and influence platform improvements • Build and maintain strong customer relationships • Contribute directly to customer retention and growth

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on penetration testing or red team operations experience • Deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts • Scripting capabilities in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar • Ability to communicate complex technical details to audiences with varying levels of expertise • Strong problem-solving skills and creative, out-of-the-box thinking • Self-sufficient, autodidact, team player with a collaborative attitude • Willingness to travel periodically based on customer and business needs • CISSP, OSCP, or equivalent certifications (nice to have)
