📋 Description

• Oversee activities within Turkey & Saudi/Middle East to expand market presence • Connect with corporates, government entities and professional organizations to grow awareness and market size of PeopleCert products • Work closely with PC partner organizations in Turkey & Saudi/Middle East to drive ITIL product sales • Forge and nurture high-impact relationships with senior decision-makers to promote ITIL products • Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads and key accounts • Maintain and achieve maximum B2B market penetration of ITIL products with target-driven sales strategy • Coordinate activities with company's operations and adapt to local market conditions and culture • Plan and organise personal sales strategy to maximize Return on Time Investment for territory/segment • Monitor progress against daily/weekly/monthly targets and report to Headquarters • Facilitate resolution of customer problems/complaints working with support teams • Participate in trade shows, language education events, and strategic forums across the region • Collaborate cross-functionally with global product and marketing teams for local adaptation and growth

🎯 Requirements

• Post-graduate degree in IT required (preferably an MBA) • Over 8-10 years' experience in driving new business development at corporate level • Awareness of ITIL desirable (not absolute must) • Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset able to work across different cultures • Understanding of channel development, strategic selling principles, partnership strategy and consultative selling • Superb relationship, communication, and negotiation skills with senior executives across cultures • Exposure to Education market, Consulting or Examination/Certification sectors considered an asset • Prior experience in international corporate environments considered an asset; preference for IT Consulting/Technology backgrounds • Advanced written and spoken English (C2 level certification desired, LANGUAGECERT C2 LTE or C2 IESOL a plus) • Advanced computer literacy; ECDL Advance desirable • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar software is an asset
