• Proactively source new outbound leads • Generate interest in Perkbox using multiple channels • Book and take qualification calls with prospects • Clearly communicate the Perkbox value proposition • Deliver customer service to prospects • Schedule demos of the Perkbox platform • Update and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads in Salesforce • Collaborate with the SDR team

• Excellent communication skills • A passion for sales • Strong organisational skills • Confidence using CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus) • A positive, proactive attitude • The drive to learn and grow • Team-first mindset • Experience in fast-paced SaaS or tech environment (bonus) • Prior exposure to outbound or cold prospecting (bonus)
