📋 Description

• Ensure Product & Technology delivers predictable outcomes aligned with business priorities • Own the end-to-end operating model for product launches, ensuring cross-functional readiness and consistent execution • Own executive Go/No-Go readiness for major product releases • Create visibility into what is planned, in delivery, and released so every customer-facing team can plan and execute confidently • Act as a senior operational partner to the VP Product & Technology Operations by coordinating meetings, tracking strategic actions, preparing executive materials, and driving follow-through • Lead cross-functional product packaging efforts and chair the Pricing Council, balancing customer value, market positioning, pricing psychology, and sustainable margins • Define governance, metrics, launch playbooks, release communications, post-launch reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives • Build trusted partnerships across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, Support, and the Executive team

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Management, Product Operations, Product Strategy or closely related leadership roles • Experience influencing senior executives and leading through cross-functional relationships • Experience operating in Agile product organizations within startup, scale-up or fast-changing environments • Demonstrated success building operating models, governance, and executive cadences • Strong business acumen, including experience with packaging and pricing • Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills • Healthcare technology or regulated industry experience is a bonus.
