• Lead the execution of product and technology releases across multiple teams • Manage dependencies, risks, timelines, and scope across interconnected technical initiatives • Ensure changes and delays are reflected in upcoming planning cycles • Help improve and operationalize Petal’s program-management practices • Facilitate effective governance, communication, and decision-making across teams • Work closely with Go-to-Market stakeholders to support release readiness • Apply a pragmatic approach to process and adapt best practices to Petal’s scale and environment • Work closely with the Director, Program Management and teams across Product, Engineering, Platform, IT, Security, and Product Operations
• 7+ years of experience in project and/or program management • Strong experience in a software, SaaS, or software-product environment • Experience managing multiple interconnected projects or programs • Strong understanding of software delivery and technical dependencies • Experience improving or implementing program-management practices • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and bring forward practical recommendations • Strong English communication skills required • Must be able to provide reasonable business-hour coverage in the Eastern Time Zone • Candidates must be authorized to work in Canada • PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification (nice-to-have) • Consulting or transformation experience (nice-to-have) • Healthcare or healthtech experience (nice-to-have)
