📋 Description

• Drive sales in the assigned territory to maximize approved business objectives • Engage customers face to face and virtually • Develop and implement business and territory call plans and live/virtual engagement strategies • Build rapport and relationships with customers in live and virtual environments • Use digital tools and platforms for customer engagement • Leverage internal reports and analytics to identify and implement strategic business opportunities • Use approved clinically oriented disease-state information and patient resources compliantly • Analyze market barriers and drivers across Public Health, Private Market, Retail, and other relevant channels • Collaborate with Field Medical, Account Management, and other cross-functional colleagues • Complete customer call entries, expenses, and other administrative requirements accurately and on time

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree; alternatively, an associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience • Minimum 2 years of experience in professional sales/promotional activity, entrepreneurship, marketing, customer service/account management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles, education, or full-time military experience • Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory • Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record compliant with company standards • Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years disqualifies candidates from being hired • At least 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, and/or medical-related marketing experience preferred • Strong record of sales or marketing success preferred • Territory management skills preferred • Experience with the Vaccines therapeutic area and products preferred • Knowledge of territory customers and markets preferred • Permanent work authorization in the United States required • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
