📋 Description

• Design, build, and optimize a streaming blockchain data platform • Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable ETL pipelines sourcing, transforming, and integrating on-chain data • Implement data quality frameworks and observability solutions for accurate, fresh, reliable pipelines • Build highly available, low-latency, fault-tolerant systems handling millions of requests per day • Design and maintain efficient data models and schemas • Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable backend platform solutions • Help foster a high-performing hiring culture

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of backend experience building large-scale, high-availability systems • Deep experience building and optimizing modern ETL pipelines and data engineering solutions in high-growth environments • Experience with Go, Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, Kafka, Redis, and PostgreSQL • Experience implementing data quality frameworks, observability, and monitoring solutions • Familiarity with on-chain data, wallet integrations, or decentralized application patterns strongly preferred • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a lean team structure
