📋 Description

• Develop and execute a business development strategy to penetrate enterprise hospitality markets, focusing on revenue growth and client acquisition • Build, nurture, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within hotel groups, resorts, and hospitality enterprises • Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to propose tailored solutions that align with their business objectives • Identify and qualify leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and industry events to build a robust sales pipeline • Foster strategic partnerships with enterprise clients to maximize upselling, cross-selling, and renewal opportunities • Stay informed about hospitality market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities • Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of client solutions • Track sales metrics, provide regular updates to leadership, and leverage data to optimize business development efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in enterprise sales or business development (5+ years) • Experience selling to medium- to large-scale hospitality organizations preferred • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform strategies • Ability to build trust and credibility with C-suite executives and other high-level stakeholders • Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) and sales methodologies • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field • Willingness to travel as needed, up to 30% of the time
