• Provide clinical customer support as the clinical application knowledge expert for Philips Hospital Patient Monitoring products • Facilitate solutions design, optimization, configuration, and delivery to ensure a quality customer experience • Serve as a clinical resource to customers throughout multiphase implementation and go-live processes • Work with field service, sales, project management, internal partners, and customers to enable successful implementations • Understand customer goals and develop plans supporting clinical solution implementation and usage • Deliver consultative, advanced clinical services focused on workflows and optimization • Assess workflows and education needs, create education plans, determine custom configuration requirements, and plan and deliver equipment/application education • Support first customer use, encourage ongoing adoption of change, and optimize complex monitoring solutions • Apply product and clinical knowledge to understand technical implementation implications, troubleshoot, and solve problems • Travel approximately 90% across the district, with overnight stays and possible air/train/bus travel; provide further zone support and occasional national travel
• 4+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital environment • Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or equivalent licensure to practice nursing as a Registered Nurse • Current/active nursing license with verification required • Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, OR, NICU, and/or PICU settings • Passion for technology and patient-care education • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills • Ability to work in office/home-office and/or remote settings and hospital/healthcare environments • Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment • May be required to comply with vendor credentialing • US work authorization required; visa sponsorship unavailable • Must reside in or within commuting distance to Buffalo, Rochester, NY, or Harrisburg, PA
