📋 Description

• Lead delivery of Image Guided Therapy clinical education to Philips customers • Deliver basic through intermediate application training in hospitals and clinics throughout the assigned geography • Deliver onsite clinical services solutions, education, and training • Guide customers in testing workarounds, clinical integration, and new solution functionality • Ensure site readiness by collaborating with local sales, service, and customer project management teams • Own the learning experience through customer consultation and collaboration with internal stakeholders • Provide excellent onsite training and customer communication • Communicate project status, issues, and delays to internal teams • Build communication and encourage collaboration within the learning audience • Gain complete knowledge of relevant solutions per modality and obtain advanced proficiency in specialization areas • Address and resolve a diverse scope of problems and identify methods for obtaining solutions • Travel approximately 75% across the Mid-West Zone, including driving, overnight stays, and possible air/train/bus travel • Perform occasional national travel as required

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a cardiovascular or interventional radiology Registered Radiologic Technologist in a clinical environment • Prior clinical preceptor, clinical training, and/or adult education delivery experience highly preferred • Current/active certification verifiable through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) • Advanced certification in at least one of CV, CI, VI, or RCIS, or required to obtain it within 12 months of employment • Certificate or associate degree required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) preferred • Passion for technology and patient-care education • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills • Ability to work in an office/home office and/or remote setting and hospital/healthcare environments • Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs • Ability to safely work with radiation sources and/or radioactive materials • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment • May be required to comply with vendor credentialing • US work authorization required; visa sponsorship is unavailable • Must reside in or within commuting distance of Pennsylvania or New Jersey • Must reside in a city within the territory holding the majority of the customer base • Must be located within 1 hour of a major non-regional airport
