📋 Description

• Ensure timely and quality execution of client deliverables for Workday projects • Consult with clients on Workday Benefits or Advanced Compensation implementation projects • Lead or participate in all stages of the project lifecycle, including discovery, planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment • Execute medium to large client deliverables from start to finish across multiple concurrent projects • Manage work to project scope, timeline, and budget • Provide subject matter expertise, alternatives, and recommended solutions to clients • Articulate lessons learned, Workday best practices, and Strada’s point of view to clients • Provide direction and guidance to less experienced colleagues and review deliverables • Participate in client sales meetings as a subject matter expert • Contribute to internal business initiatives, domain groups, chats, training, and Workday ecosystem product groups

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Math, Human Resources, Computer Science, or relevant field of study • Minimum 3 to 7 plus years of previous consulting experience implementing Financials systems such as Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle E-Business, ADP, Ultipro, or other SaaS software solutions • Experience transforming business process requirements into system configurations • Strong facilitation and presentation skills • Ability to be effectively and actively engaged on multiple parallel projects • Ability to prioritize conflicting demands and request resources when needed • High attention to detail and ability to solve complex issues and thoroughly test solutions • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Sound analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills • Ability to travel up to 50% • Currently Workday Benefits or Advanced Comp certified or PRO certified required; must have one or both modules to be considered • Workday Certification is required, along with ongoing successful re-certification • Current and future work authorization in the country where applying without visa sponsorship by Strada • EAD and F1 card holders will not be considered
