📋 Description

• Conduct and manage regular security vulnerability scans of IAM systems, applications, and databases • Analyze scan results and develop remediation plans • Support federal compliance assessments, including FISMA, A-123, BOD, and Safeguards reviews • Develop corrective action plans and track remediation efforts • Review and manage CDM scan results and respond to CVE data calls within required timeframes • Maintain and update POA&Ms in CSAM and track findings through resolution • Monitor and maintain the IAM CSF Scorecard rating • Notify FSA of compliance gaps and provide remediation recommendations • Manage IAM security control inheritance statements and configure Inheritable Controls in CSAM • Support SEIM and log management processes • Coordinate with FSA Security Operations Centers for data collection and real-time monitoring • Verify encryption compliance for data-at-rest and data-in-transit • Track and report privileged user access, PIV card issuance, status changes, and clearance compliance • Ensure compliance with federal records management, PII protection, Section 508, and TBM reporting requirements • Collaborate with security teams, system administrators, and compliance officers to maintain FSA IAM security posture and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Public Trust clearance • Bachelor's degree • 8 years of experience • Experience conducting and managing security vulnerability scans of IAM systems, applications, and databases • Experience using industry-standard scanning tools, analyzing results, and developing remediation plans • Knowledge of FISMA, A-123, Binding Operational Directives (BOD), Safeguards reviews, CISA BOD directives, and NIST guidance • Experience with CDM scan results and CVE data calls • Experience maintaining POA&Ms in CSAM • Experience monitoring IAM Cybersecurity Framework Risk (CSF) Scorecard ratings • Experience managing security control inheritance statements and Inheritable Controls in CSAM • Experience supporting SEIM and log management processes • Knowledge of AES-256, SHA-256, TLS protocols, and FIPS 140 requirements • Experience tracking privileged user access, PIV card issuance, and security clearance compliance • Knowledge of federal records management, PII protection, Section 508, and TBM reporting requirements
