📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic Client Partner for top-tier clients • Retain and grow partner relationships to drive Pinterest revenue • Build relationships with clients, agencies, C-suite executives, and internal and external stakeholders • Develop tailored media strategies to drive adoption of Pinterest ads • Position Pinterest as a key advertising platform by demonstrating ad performance and impact • Identify and communicate growth opportunities to expand client partnerships • Meet performance targets, develop new business, maintain and expand customer relationships, and resolve customer issues • Safeguard client relationships and revenue during extended employee leaves through Pinterest Spark assignments typically scoped for approximately six months • Contribute to the North America Enterprise organization and support full-funnel advertising solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building long-term partnerships and successful negotiations • Performance-based ad sales background, preferably with lower-funnel experience • Experience working with executive-level business and marketing leaders • Ability to turn data and trends into clear growth strategies • Track record of meeting revenue goals and fostering partnership growth • Success in fast-paced, collaborative, high-performance environments • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, SaaS Sales, or related field, or equivalent experience • Curiosity about and practical application of AI to improve productivity, workflows, client communications, presentations, recommendations, account strategy, and sales motions
