• Serve as the day to day point of contact for all things related to the Pharmacy Hub business for your customers. • Make precise and accurate decisions based on limited information to have both the customer’s and company’s best interests in mind. • Increase same location sales and margin. • Pharmacy background: 4+ yrs hands-on experience in pharmacy sales and account management. • 4+ yrs account-management / commercial operations experience in pharma, medical-supply, medical aesthetics, or medical related fields. • 5+ yrs selling compounded pharmacy to clinics, physician offices, and ambulatory centers. • Advanced Excel/Sheets (look-ups, pivots) and familiarity with CRM/ERP (NetSuite, Salesforce, ShipStation, etc.). • Strong computer literacy and ability to adapt to new technologies quickly and systems. • Proven history of exceeding revenue or satisfaction targets. • Clear, confident communicator able to make time-critical decisions with incomplete data. • Experience communicating directly with business owners and providing consultative selling.
