📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted technical expert and client-facing representative for SendTech Solutions • Manage a multi-zip-code territory within 2 hours of Tyler, TX, with up to 80% driving time • Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to reduce downtime and callbacks • Install, service, and upgrade Pitney Bowes shipping and mailing equipment • Train clients to use the equipment confidently • Use hand tools and small power tools for repairs, maintenance, and installations • Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment • Support clients using Pitney Bowes mailing and shipping technologies, from inserters to smart lockers • Work a consistent Monday–Friday schedule aligned with traditional business hours, with occasional travel outside the service radius

🎯 Requirements

• Technical skills, customer service, and independent problem-solving ability • Ability to diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues • Experience using hand tools and small power tools • Ability to install, service, and upgrade mailing and shipping equipment • Ability to lift 55+ lbs. • Ability to bend, squat, stoop, or stand for extended periods • Comfortable with significant driving time and working independently in the field • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation • Familiarity with Windows, PCs, and basic networking (preferred) • Experience with automated or electro-mechanical equipment (preferred) • Must be legally authorized to work in the US • Employer will not sponsor employment visa status now or in the future
