📋 Description

• Design, implement, and support enterprise data governance, compliance, and information protection solutions using Microsoft Purview • Lead development and implementation of data governance frameworks • Configure and manage Microsoft Purview Data Map and Data Catalog for data discovery, metadata management, and enterprise data visibility • Implement data lineage capabilities for end-to-end visibility into data movement, transformations, and dependencies • Establish and support data quality processes and controls • Design and implement Information Protection capabilities, including Sensitivity Labels • Configure and support Data Loss Prevention policies • Use Compliance Manager to assess and monitor compliance • Leverage Data Estate Insights to monitor governance maturity, identify risks, and improve data management • Integrate Microsoft Purview with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Synapse Analytics • Collaborate with business, security, and technology teams • Provide architectural leadership and guidance on governance, compliance, metadata management, and enterprise data management best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data governance, enterprise data management, information protection, compliance, or related disciplines • Strong experience implementing and managing Microsoft Purview Data Map and Data Catalog • Experience designing and maintaining data lineage solutions • Knowledge of data quality frameworks, processes, and controls • Hands-on experience implementing Information Protection capabilities, including Sensitivity Labels • Experience designing and administering Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and controls • Experience using Compliance Manager • Knowledge of Data Estate Insights and governance reporting • Experience integrating Microsoft Purview with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Synapse Analytics • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Compliance and Governance capabilities • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, security teams, data architects, and cloud platform teams • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Reliability or higher security clearance required at time of application
