📋 Description

• Own product components and design, architect, and implement features end-to-end from design through production • Build and maintain integrations with customers’ services and infrastructure • Build observability through tracing, metrics, and logging and use customer telemetry to improve the product • Develop software that installs, upgrades, and runs reliably inside customers’ Kubernetes clusters • Improve platform reliability and availability for highly restricted enterprise customers • Collaborate with product and technical leads on product scope and implementation • Mentor teammates and strengthen engineering practices • Experiment with AI coding tools while maintaining engineering rigor and product quality

🎯 Requirements

• Proven production experience designing and managing large production systems • Experience with Kubernetes, distributed systems, and microservice orchestration • Hands-on distributed systems debugging, including tracing, metrics, performance analysis, and observability • Networking knowledge, including networking inside Kubernetes • Familiarity with resolving vulnerabilities and CVEs and using scanners and security tooling • Strong system design skills • Experience building user-facing production applications for enterprise customers • Fluency in two or three programming languages, primarily Go and TypeScript • Experience shipping enterprise software for self-managed or on-premises environments • Hands-on technical building experience • Nice-to-have experience with hosting platforms, PaaS, internal developer platforms, Temporal or other durable-workflow engines, identity and SSO integration, container build systems, AI/LLM integration, and Python or Dash ecosystems
