📋 Description

• Provide timely technical support to patients via email and phone • Guide patients on appropriate use of the platform and provide general platform education • Help patients access their health records and navigate the PocketHealth platform • Gather patient and provider feedback to help Management and Engineering shape the platform’s future • Directly support patients throughout their care journey • Work independently in a fast-paced startup environment

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST OR 10am to 6pm EST • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (verbal and written) • Minimum of 2-3 years in a customer service role with communication over phone and email (mandatory) • Outstanding organizational skills and an ability to juggle multiple tasks • Experience with or passion for healthcare would be an asset, but is not required • Technical Support experience considered an asset • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment • Resourceful, flexible, accountable, and persistent • Empathetic and able to teach people at all levels of technical proficiency
