📋 Description

• Maximize conversion from marketing-qualified leads to funding while delivering an excellent homeowner experience • Manage and prioritize a large, warm pipeline using Salesforce and qualification criteria • Run high-volume call blocks, uncover homeowners’ goals, tailor financing options, and drive funding decisions • Participate in role-plays, call reviews, coaching, and performance improvement • Plan the workday, track performance, test tactics, and iterate based on results • Collaborate with Operations, Underwriting, and Customer Success for a smooth, compliant homeowner journey • Share frontline feedback to improve sales effectiveness and processes • Guide qualified homeowners in leveraging homeownership and Point’s home-equity solutions

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of phone sales experience in financial services or a related field, including closing experience on the product sold • Experience managing a customer pipeline and driving deals to close • Ability to register as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) in the NMLS shortly after hire; multi-state licensing may be required • Comfortable using G Suite tools (Gmail, Calendar, etc.) • Familiarity with U.S. real estate or mortgage processing is helpful but not required • Strong computer skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication skills and adaptability to change • Must be able to travel for two mandatory onsite events per year • Must have a home office and be able to operate in a space without outside distraction • Must obtain and maintain a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license under the SAFE Act and Regulation Z within 60 days of the start date and keep it in good standing • Required NMLS registration includes a criminal background and credit check • Must reside in one of Point’s states of operation: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required
