📋 Description

• Manage project scheduling, capacity planning, delivery governance, and go-live readiness for Data Migration initiatives • Collaborate with Sales, Project Managers, Customer Success Managers, Resource Management, customers, and technical delivery teams • Coordinate project intake, scheduling, prioritization, and delivery • Manage project demand, resource forecasting, and capacity planning • Coordinate Data Migration project go-live readiness and execution • Monitor project portfolios and drive risk, issue, dependency mitigation, and escalation • Maintain project requests, schedules, dashboards, operational metrics, templates, and documentation • Lead post-project reviews, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives • Implement AI-powered tools, AI agents, copilots, and intelligent automation solutions • Ensure governance, security, compliance, data privacy, and responsible AI practices • Report to the Sr Manager, Technical Services

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline • Demonstrated experience managing project schedules, delivery commitments, stakeholder communications, and competing priorities in a customer-facing environment • Strong understanding of capacity planning, resource forecasting, workload management, and operational performance metrics • Knowledge of Data Migration methodologies, ETL processes, data integration concepts, and systems design principles • Experience using JIRA, Kimble, Smartsheet, Confluence, or similar platforms • Experience in production, SaaS, healthcare technology, or customer delivery environments • Experience leveraging Generative AI, AI copilots, intelligent automation, or agent-based solutions • Understanding of workflow automation, prompt engineering, AI governance, and responsible AI practices • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and continuous improvement mindset • Healthcare technology experience, including EHR, EMR, Pharmacy, or clinical systems • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, AI Builder, Azure AI Services, OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), or comparable AI platforms • Experience developing, implementing, or managing AI agents, digital assistants, chatbots, or workflow automation solutions • Familiarity with Databricks, Azure Data Lake, and enterprise reporting solutions • PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certifications
