📋 Description

• Advise enterprise customers on cloud and AI efficiency journeys • Help customers operationalize cost optimization best practices • Define requirements for custom applications and agentic workflows built on the PointFive platform • Own a portfolio of NAM accounts end to end • Review customer infrastructure with engineering and cloud architecture teams • Drive optimization and remediation at scale • Build PointFive’s professional services offering from the ground up • Shape service packaging and delivery, run initial engagements, and scale through software, automation, and a team • Define best practices for AI and token spend management • Accelerate enterprise deals alongside Account Executives and Solutions Engineers • Represent professional services in the sales cycle and own handoff into customer relationships • Drive renewals and expansion across the customer base • Translate customer feedback and industry trends into product requests and roadmap influence • Write, speak, and attend industry events as a thought leader • Help build post-sales capabilities and brand recognition in NAM

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of enterprise experience in FinOps, cloud cost optimization, or cloud financial management • Background in engineering, cloud architecture, or DevOps • Hands-on ability to build and ship custom applications, automations, and agentic workflows • Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, and Databricks cost models, billing/usage data, and architecture-driven optimization • Working knowledge of AI/LLM cost management and token spend optimization • Experience identifying and remediating cloud inefficiencies beyond the obvious • Experience delivering professional services or advisory engagements • Experience managing several customer engagements simultaneously • Strong presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams • Ability to operate in a startup environment: adaptable, self-directed, and resourceful • FinOps Certified Practitioner or Professional, and/or AWS, Azure, or GCP Certified Solutions Architect Associate (nice to have) • Active involvement in the FinOps Foundation community and a strong network in the FinOps/cloud ecosystem (nice to have) • Experience with public speaking at industry conferences (nice to have) • Legally authorized to work in the United States
