📋 Description
• Provide high-quality legal advice • Draft and negotiate key legal documents • Assist the Head of Legal Affairs in strategic operations • Effectively manage files in collaboration with external law firms • Support management and operations teams to ensure regulatory compliance • Assist operational teams with the company’s legal matters
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in law (LL.B. or J.D.) • Member in good standing of the Barreau du Québec (Quebec Bar) • Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience in corporate law or as in-house counsel • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written • Proficiency in French is also essential
