📋 Description

• Execute account strategies for global accounts and develop strategic plans for regional accounts aligned with business and marketing objectives • Lead regional pricing discussions and contract negotiations to drive profitable growth and strengthen customer partnerships • Manage demand forecasting activities, monitor sales pipelines, and identify opportunities to increase market share and revenue growth • Track and communicate developments at local customer sites • Identify, assess, and communicate customer opportunities, market trends, potential threats, and emerging business needs • Build and maintain relationships across customer organizations and leverage customer feedback to enhance engagement and value delivery • Contribute to account planning, strategy development, and cross-functional account team discussions • Partner with local Optima Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful account management • Develop and implement strategies to increase adoption and sales of PPG's preferred products within customer accounts • Report to the Tiers Commercial Manager • Travel regularly to PPG and customer locations

🎯 Requirements

• 6 or more years of related experience • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related discipline • Experience with large OEM's and/or Tiers suppliers and coatings technologies • Strong sales and negotiation skills • Proven communication capabilities required to effectively manage complex and dynamic situations • Must possess a valid driver's license • Must maintain automobile insurance • Must have access to a personal vehicle that meets PPG's Fixed and Variable Rate (FAVR) program requirements • Must successfully pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) review • Regular travel to PPG and customer locations is required
