📋 Description

• Own the client’s hiring goals across tech, go-to-market or business roles end to end • Manage stakeholders proactively as a strategic partner • Identify and solve bottlenecks through clear communication and critical thinking • Build and run hiring forecasts using appropriate channels and strategies • Use recruiting systems and data to drive decisions • Deliver an excellent candidate experience from first contact to offer • Work closely with the wider pplwise team on sourcing and delivery bottlenecks • Complete onboarding with pplwise and the client, learn the client’s vision, strategy and culture, build relationships with hiring managers, and create a delivery forecast

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of full-cycle recruiting in startups, scale-ups or other high-growth environments • Agency experience is a plus • Understanding of how tech organisations are structured at different growth stages • Ability to help hiring managers define roles • Comfort working independently as a freelancer in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment • Decisions based on data and facts • High standards for stakeholder satisfaction • Ambitious, collaborative mindset • Fluent English, written and spoken • French is a plus
