📋 Description

• Engage directly with the startup and tech talent community and advocate for Pragmatike • Design recruiting systems, processes, and standards from scratch • Partner with product and engineering to refine the hiring approach • Recruit across functions ranging from engineering to go-to-market • Build out the recruiting team during the company’s next phase of growth • Find, attract, and engage top technology talent • Partner directly with the founders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles in-house or at a search agency • Comfortable working in startup environments amid ambiguity, rapid iteration, and high growth • Clear written and verbal communication • Well-connected and respected by peers, with a personal brand in the recruiting community • Active LinkedIn presence and trusted network • Strong focus on quality, processes, and candidate experience • Willingness to work flexibly in a fully remote, freelance-friendly role • Previous experience recruiting at early-stage startups or high-growth tech companies (nice to have) • Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or B2B talent markets (nice to have) • Interest in writing or speaking about recruiting, talent, or startup culture (nice to have)
