📋 Description

• Build and run the company's operational infrastructure and weekly visibility systems • Track team workload, delivery risk, staffing, project ownership, and customer concerns • Manage and develop two technical account managers through 1:1s, goal tracking, feedback, and development • Coordinate staffing, project reassignment, coverage, handoffs, and issue routing • Ensure every client concern has an owner, plan, and next check-in date • Own operational rhythms including lead sync agendas, cycle kickoffs, and commitment tracking • Collaborate with People Operations on software contracts, offsites, and team meetups • Surface operational data to inform product direction • Create operational documentation, staffing plans, and status rhythms • Work directly with the founder and make organization-design decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years spanning delivery leadership and business operations • Leadership role at a B2B software company or a smaller group in a larger tech company • Recent experience running complex enterprise implementations or owning technical accounts • Strong writing and communication skills • Strong organizational skills without unnecessary bureaucracy • Experience in fintech or selling into banks (nice to have, not required) • Familiarity with Linear, Notion, Pylon, or Mixpanel (nice to have, not required) • Experience supporting a technical team such as engineering, design, or implementations (nice to have, not required)
