📋 Description

• Manage a book of business across multiple customers with $5 million or more in sales and revenue • Perform billable work for clients • Sell and deliver comprehensive consulting projects within an assigned service line • Sell and deliver large engagements of up to $250k or more • Manage service line performance, including offerings development, sales and business development, implementation quality, and customer satisfaction • Grow the entire Premier portfolio • Maintain high staff utilization and appropriate margins on engagements • Lead engagements and provide deep technical/clinical subject-matter expertise to influence decisions • Serve as the primary liaison for issues related to the area of expertise • Provide clinical/technical oversight to staff developing engagements, materials, events, initiatives, committees, meetings, and presentations • Develop client relationships and ensure fiscal responsibility and accountability

🎯 Requirements

• 10 or more years of applicable experience • Bachelor’s degree required • Experience building and developing client relationships • Fiscal responsibility and accountability • Presentation skills • Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods • Ability to adapt, change priorities quickly, and meet deadlines • Attention to detail • Ability to operate computer programs and software • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and electronically • Ability to make independent decisions • Ability to work collaboratively in a business environment with peers and interruptions • Ability to travel 61-80% within the US
