📋 Description

• Run full-cycle recruiting for 8–12+ concurrent requisitions across Engineering, AI/ML, Data, and Product • Partner with engineering and product leaders to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring timelines • Build and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, technical communities, referrals, and Boolean/X-ray search • Conduct technical screens assessing languages, frameworks, and architecture • Own the requisition lifecycle in Greenhouse, including intake, pipeline hygiene, interview kits, scorecards, reporting, and workflow troubleshooting • Design and run structured interview processes and debriefs • Lead offer strategy and negotiation with the People team • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience for senior and executive-level technical candidates • Proactively surface pipeline risk, market realities, and process bottlenecks

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience • Hands-on ownership of Engineering, AI/ML, and Product hiring in high-growth environments • Experience managing 8–12+ concurrent technical requisitions across functions, seniority levels, and geographies • Technical fluency in programming languages, frameworks, and system architecture, including Python, Java, Go, TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Swift/Kotlin, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML stacks • Current hands-on expertise in Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter • Recruiting experience in regulated, technical, or high-compliance industries strongly preferred • Experience supporting multi-country/multi-market hiring and knowledge of North American technical talent markets and compensation norms • Ability to build sourcing strategies for senior and hard-to-fill technical roles • Strong stakeholder management skills • Excellent judgment, organization, and prioritization • Self-directed, outcomes-first operating style • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada at the time of hire and must not require current or future employer sponsorship • Successful candidates must undergo a background check
